1. Ciptakan rutinitas pagi yang baik

Bagaimana Menjaga Pikiran Tetap Konsisten

Anda mendapatkan kebebasan dari pikiran Anda dan masuk ke suasana hati yang lebih ringan. Anda dapat mulai terbebas dari pikiran negatif Anda dan Anda akan menyadari untuk memulai pembicaraan-diri yang positif lagi.
